A Call Center Representative must be able to listen and support the needs of a retail location, then find and effectively communicate the best course of action for the situation. A Call Center Representative must be able to assists our locations remotely in a timely manner while creating a positive outcome. A retail support representative must have the ability to absorb and recall a variety of information when necessary. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
• Answer calls in a timely manner while assisting our locations with a positive attitude.
• Effectively communicate information/instructions to our sales representatives. • Ability to keep themselves updated and read and interpret documents/e-mails such as memos, policy updates, new price lists, promotions, etc. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task through priorities while learning new procedures.
