We are currently seeking  a Store Manager that can lead by example with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude while practicing exemplary customer service skills.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Leading a sales team to meet and/or exceeding personal and competitive sales goals
  • Effectively communicate all matters related to products, rate plans and company policy
  • Perform active greeting technique and 5-step sales process to sell solutions to your customers
  • Maintain and build relationships to create a positive customer rapport
  • Lead a sales team in the daily operations of the store, including communicating policy and procedure, managing inventory
  • Manage the overall appearance of the store.

Experience and Skills:

Requirements for the position:

  • Prior management experience
  • HS Diploma or College Degree preferred
  • Full time availability with a flexible schedule
  • Complete all training requirements as directed
  • Commissioned sales experience in any industry preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
