Simply Wireless, Inc., a national wireless retail company founded in 1997, headquartered in Tysons Corner, VA is  seeking a Retail Operations Specialist, an entry-level position that helps determine the promotional activities a company will engage in to sell its products. The information the Retail Operations Specialist gathers predicts store trends that allow an organization to plan and change sales techniques to improve productivity. A Retail Operations Specialist uses transaction information to create sales reports and help develop targets for the sales team.

Duties

Creates sales reports for management staff.

Prepare reports detailing a variety of conditions in the field to deliver to management. These reports provide management with options for various conditions.

Analyze sales performance in light of sales goals, and identifies areas of weakness the organization can address to improve sales.

Make recommendations for changes in sales techniques or promotional efforts to improve 

Experience and Skills:

The position requires a person who is analytical and detail-oriented. The Retail Operations Specialist must possess computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Excel. Retail Operations Specialists must think creatively to develop new sales techniques and promotions.

A Retail Operations Specialist should have strong oral and written communication skills to deliver technical information in an easily understood manner across all departments in an organization.
